Impressions from Krakow – Dikh He Na Bister

Andor Barabás is a Minority Messenger. In September and October 2019 he is supporting the Office of YEN in Berlin as an intern. Before, in July 2019 he was in Krakow for the Dikh He Na Bister as Minority Messenger.

Potato Pancakes – German minority in Slovakia (KDJ)

Then our friends from the German minority in Slovakia (KDJ) have just the right thing for you – Super delicious Potato Pancakes!   Ingredients: 700g Potatoes 500g flour 1 Egg Salt Garlic Marjoram Sour Cream for serving Oil for frying   Peel and grate the potatoes.

Potato ravioli with finferli mushrooms

Ingredients: 400 g potato dough 250 g finferli mushrooms 1 tbsp marjoram 50 g brown butter 30 g grated parmesan ½ onion 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp butter 1/8 l cream 2 tsp chopped chives freshly ground pepper salt 120 g finferli mushrooms, sautéed   Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
